Welcome to Strength and Soul Pilates! We have an online on-demand Pilates platform, alongside a schedule of online classes supporting you in managing your health and wellbeing - both mental and physical.
Pilates focuses on strengthening the body, with an emphasis on your core - it includes posture, balance and flexibility, and encourages your mind-body connection.
We offer a core set of videos and classes including mixed-ability (perfect for beginners), Pilates targeting the abs and stretch sessions. We also offer one-to-one sessions to support with things such as lower back health and building strength.
