Our online classes take place via Zoom. This means you can stream live classes from the comfort of your own home.

We appreciate that for some people the time of the live classes might not suit you, so we also send recordings of each class after the live session has finished and these are active for 7 days. This means you can take part in the live session, the recording of the session at a more convenient time. Or both!

Pricing 

Mixed Ability Pilates - £3 a session 

Pilates targeting Abdominals - £2 a session

Unlimited Subscription - £14/month

Mixed Ability Pilates
 

A 40 minute mixed ability Pilates session suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to those who are more experienced. No equipment needed, preferably a mat for comfort. All sessions are delivered with different levels of challenge and each class is planned with a whole-body approach including exercises to strengthen and mobilise the body, as well as improve posture, balance and coordination.
 

Pilates targeting Abdominals
 

A 20 minute PIlates-inspired session to target the abdominals specifically. Designed to strengthen, increase endurance and control of the abdominal muscles. 

 

Please also keep a lookout on the booking system as new classes will be added each month, including back health sessions, Pilates for the glutes and Pilates for the upper body, amongst others. Please feel free to suggest sessions that you would like to see in the future.
