Anyone not sure of trying Pilates - then Steph is the instructor for you! She is really knowledgable, approachable and friendly. She clearly explains the exercises throughout the class, giving a variety of different ability levels. There are so many benefits that I feel after attending Steph’s classes - improved muscle tone, no more back pain and feel so refreshed! Couldn’t recommend more! Thank you Steph

Steph’s style has 100% helped my posture, strength and flexibility. With every move I can feel my body correcting itself. The zoom classes are the best thing to come out of lockdown for me because ordinarily the studio is a bit too far. I’m hoping that the recorded session package will still be available when we’ve been freed so I can continue. I love exercise in general but rarely see any changes to muscle definition on my stomach, thanks to these sessions I’m starting to see major improvements. Couldn’t be more chuffed

Attended my first Strength and Soul Pilates on Monday. Absolutely loved the class. Steph is such a brilliant teacher and really takes the time to make sure she is explaining each move thoroughly.
